Pat is the President of Glencar Insurance Company and its parent company, Hannover Finance, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Hannover Re. He has served on the boards of several agencies in which Hannover Re has invested, including Glencar Underwriting Managers, Inc. Prior to joining the Hannover Group, Pat was a partner with the law firm of Foley & Lardner, LLP which he joined in 1989 as an associate; at the firm, he specialized in insurance regulatory and corporate matters.
